RIVER PHOENIX
( August 23, 1970 – October 31, 1993)
was an American actor, musician, and activist.
Phoenix's work encompassed 24 films and television appearances, and his rise to fame led to his status as a "teen idol".  He starred in the science fiction adventure film Explorers (1985), and had his first notable role in 1986's Stand By Me, The Body by Stephen KingRunning on Empty (1988),
and My Own Private Idaho (1991), playing a gay hustler in search of his estranged mother.
On October 31, 1993, Phoenix collapsed and died of combined drug intoxication following a drug overdose on the sidewalk outside the West Hollywood nightclub The Viper Room at the age of 23.

RUDOLPH VALENTINO
(May 6, 1895 – August 23, 1926),
an Italian actor naturalized American who starred in several well-known silent films including The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, The Sheik, Blood and Sand, The Eagle, and The Son of the Sheik.
He was one of the first pop icons, perhaps the first male sex symbol, who was known as the
 "Latin lover."
His untimely death at age 31, caused mass hysteria among his fans
and further propelled him to iconic status.
